Set up hours

Wednesday, April 29

12:00 hrs - 19:00 hrs / Exhibitor set - up


Thursday, April 30

7:00 hrs - 9:00 hrs / Exhibitor set - up

10:00 hrs / Opening Ceremony

16:30 hrs / Closing Reception

16:30 hrs - 18:30 hrs / Booth Tear Down



Each 10’ x 10’ booth will be set with 8’ high blue and white back drape and 36’ high blue and white side dividers.


  • 10’ x 10’ standard drape booth.
  • B2B Sessions (If Applicable)
  • 8’ high back drapes.
  • 36’ high side drapes.
  • 6’ table covered with skirt.
  • Two chairs.
  • 500 watt electrical outlet.

Exhibitors must not block neighboring exhibitors. Any sign or display exceeding 4 ft in height must be set back at least 3ft from the isle. Sponsor corner booths are exempt from this requirement.

Be sure to bring your own company banner or sign for display within your space! Don’t forget to be Creative.

Exhibitor Badges

Make sure your exhibitor badges are delivered to your booth the day before the show by pre-registering your colleagues.

Deadline to pre-register is Monday April 27, 2020 at 5:00 pm.

Optional Exhibitor Services

Additional Electricity, Extra Booth Equipment (chairs, tables, easels, etc.), and Forklift Services can be ordered through Raphael’s Convention Services.

Exhibit Space Agreement

Exhibitors must sign the agreement below
before April 24, 2020.
